EA support is garbage

Trust me, the wait time isn't the only reason their support is garbage. I have contacted them 5 different times for the same issue, and they keep giving me the same troubleshooting steps even though it doesn't have anything to do with the problem. I don't think they have any idea what they are doing, they're just reading scripts.

I have sent over 10 emails and have recieved the same troubleshooting messages not only that i jave recieved 10 differnt replies from 10 people with no idea on how to resolve other than just read a messge ... WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD .  No wonder they are free on gamepass they are trash the game devs should be ashamed of being apart of such a poorly run company.

This is a really old thread that hasn't been updated in a couple years. I am going to lock it to prevent further necro-posting.
