I enabled both EAC and Apex on my windows firewall and nothing changed sadly. Hopefully this is better:
Hmm,
Okay lets try looking at the Origin Web Helper Service since appears in both Dxd's.
Press the Win key and type services then hit enter.
Now scroll down to the service called Origin Web Helper Service.
Set the startup type to disabled and if its running click the stop button.
Then after hit apply and run Apex again.
If this does not resolve it, follow the process again and set the startup type as Automatic and apply.

Hey, back in the Services App, can you check the startup status for Easy Anti-Cheat, and if it's set to anything but "manual", try toggling it over to "manual.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried everything you suggested. I'll leave it with my dxdiag if that helps.

Every single update that is done to this game I have an issue. Have reinstalled or repaired this game more times than I can count. Done with it. Wish I could get even half of the amount of money back that I put into this. What a shame.
