Same here.. I have the latest Nvidia driver installed 442.50. Ruined me 3 ranked games ☹️.

I think I found an issue , If u have 240hz monitor try to put it to 60hz and check it . For me it worked but Im searching now to play with 240hz without crashing . LoL i reinstalled windows for nothing....

I got em , change your refresh rate in windows settings to 144hz and then change it in nvidia control panel to 240hz and u got it without crashes :D It worked for me

Also for everyone else.
1: update gpu drivers or roll-back drivers
2: verify that your card is not full of dust or has any other issues.
3: update DirectX
4: Are your gpu OC or factory OC?
5: Are you running AMD or Nvidia gpu?Edit:

I FIXED THE ISSUE BY DOWNGRADING THE MEMORY CLOCK FREQUENCY TO -200MHZ IN XTREME GAMING ENGINE FROM GIGABYTE
MY GPU IS RTX 2070
I7 6700K16GB RAM
240HZ MONITOR
