Epic Games Conduit Bundle

when you say that the platforms are linked with the same email, do you mean you have the same progress and inventory on both platforms? As in, that cross progression is working correctly besides the bundle?

Correct, though i’ve only gotten a PC a little before the bundle came out that it correct, I dont do much ranked so thats not a problem either.

So you got the bundle through Epic, right? Can you please check that your Epic account is correctly connected to your EA account?

It is my EA account is in sync with my Epic account. I even signed in with my xbox account so that nothing messes up.

sorry, I had meant to actually share the link to the customer portal - please check here that everything about the account is correctly linked and both Epic and Xbox are shown in the list of connected accounts. 

I have linked right know is Nintendo, Xbox, Google, Twitch and Amazon. But I did connect my EA account to epic games its the only way I would know.

@Ayatrice,

if Epic currently doesn't appear in the list, then it's currently not connected to this EA account. I would suggest you try to connect them again - either the connection will be re-established and maybe that will help with the bundle or it will tell you that the Epic account is already linked to a different EA account, which could also explain why it's not turning up correctly.

Hello I apologize about the late reply so I have connected my Ea to Epic account now, I am not home so I cant check my Xbox and on Epic I had to redownload Apex which will take an hour, but hopefully I will get it if I don't I will let you know.

Quick question, though I have redeemed the bundle I will be late to claim it in game. Will it be there still?
