error 0x8000001

I started getting this error in my first 3 weeks on Apex. I have lowered all levels of graphics and CPU load items. I then checked the integrity of the game files twice in the properties on Steam. Still, the screen freezes every 7 seconds after a match starts. I then uninstalled the app and checked the integrity of the game files again, but I still can't play the game.
