Error 0x8000002

Im trying to play Apex again after not playing for a while and I cant get past the splash screen because it says there is "Apex Badware detected".

I checked other form posts and they havent found any solutions, and i wanted to know if there was a list of software that cant run along with apex. 

I dont have DS4windows, Autohotkey, Daemon tools, any controllers, ReWASD, and even quitting game bar before the game starts doesnt fix the issues, so I have literally no idea why it wont open anymore. I also repaired windows files and that didnt work either.
