Error [104]

On the title screen, I’m not able to connect regardless of how many time I reset the app or uninstall and install again. I get this “ Oops something went wrong, try again later. (104) “ message on my screen. Is been happening since the game launched. Those anyone have any suggestion or way to fix this frustrating issue. Thanks in advance. 

I am having the same issue, apparently it is due to your EA account being a childs account which you cannot change. I have had this EA account for years, despite that EA still thinks I am a child and won't let me play a shooting game.

EA have not reaponded to a single Error 104 thread, they are just ignoring it. We might have to make new accounts to play Apex Legends.

Hi my son can’t log on (Xbox one child account) gives him an error 104 please try again later. However he can’t log on perfectly under adult gamer tags. He has no restrictions but is a child account. Please help

This error is a problem with your account being a "child account".

There is only one way to prematurely turn the child account into an adult account, and that is to contact EA directly.

Fixed mine

I signed into my origins account and revoked the access to my xbox one account.

I then opened up Fifa 19 (another EA game) let it sign me into origin, then opened Apex.

It logged me in straight away and I have had no problem since.
