Error code : 10901

Hi, do you got it resolved? Same thing happened to me today. After over 1000 hours of BF2042 with a normal K/D my account was banned. All i see is EA has a bad policy with forwarding cases from other platforms than the one with the ban. 1. They not answering 2. The whole system looks like automated without response or a direct answer why 3. Instead they sending a automated email with a lot of could be reasons for the ban (and never cheated in my life on a online game). 4. Every good online company will forward requests from other platforms/social media to the responsible department but it looks EA has never made guidelines/policies for this and does not care about the customers means the Moderation Policy Managers and the connected departments suck.
