Error Code CE-34878-0 only on Apex Legends

Whenever I boot my game up on my main account on PS4 and try to load into the lobby it crashes giving me the error CE-34878-0. This has been going on for the past two weeks and the same problem has been happening to two of my other friends. I have tried deleting and reinstalling my game, clearing the cache, I've made sure the system software was up to date, I have reinstalled the system software, and rebuilt the database too and none of this helped solve the problem. This started after my friends and I joined a club and we are are assuming this is the cause of the crashes.

What happens when the bug occurs? it crashes my game on every console I have tried my account with, however other accounts on the same consoles work just fine with apex legends
What should be happening instead? loading the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look into my game data, and remove me from any clubs I am in.

PLEASE HELP I was looking at a club of which I dont know the name, but it had (-2/30) members which seemed odd. I clicked it, and I haven been able to load my account into the game since. I am able to launch the game, but everytime I press "x" it crashes my game on every console I try with error code ce-34878-0 which is being incorrectly troubleshooted as a hardware issue. Both EA support and Playstation support see no issue with my account and say that I should be able to play the game. My other accounts are able to launch and play the game just fine but my main account has hundreds of hours of gametime, digital content, and my precious heirlooms. Ive see other posts with this issue being resolved by the developers manually removing or dismembering the club. PLEASE HELP

I'm afraid I don't have a time frame on when this might be resolved. If I do hear back with more details I can share I will follow up here to let everyone know.

same thing happening to me, there should be a way to leave a club without loading into the game, i can’t play with this stupid glitch and i’ve spent $200+ on this piece of crap game

Ive seen developers fix this on reddit for users so its not an isolated problem, but PS Support almost had me send in my console to them for repairs in "fix and replace" until i explained that it happens on EVERY PS4 known to man. PLEASE HELP DEV'S @EA_Kent

I'm afraid I don't have a way of doing that myself, nor do I have a way of getting you in touch with a developer directly. The team is working on fixing this issue as a whole, so unfortunately I can only recommend hanging on until we're able to get it resolved for everyone.

@EA_KentI appreciate that you are responsive in this thread and there's only so much you can do as the Community Manager, but as you can see from this thread, there are multiple people who have put money and time into their Apex accounts who cannot open the game at all anymore. Although it isn't a widespread issue, I would hope you are doing everything in your power to escalate the severity of getting this fixed. Kofi for one has not been able to sign into his account for 3 weeks. As someone who works in software, you would think the fix would be as simple as a dev logging into a database and removing the user from the club. If it is only the people in this thread seeing the issue, I would hope at least one member from the dev team could address each person in one sitting.

I contacted the Apex Devs on reddit and still have no response. Sadly have been dealing with this problem for 3 weeks. 

Hi @EA_Kent Thanks for all your help and patience with me on this! I am now able to confirm that it works. I managed to get a reply from one of the devs on Reddit and he took me out of my club. He mentioned that the issue is being fixed for everyone else too so I urge folks to be a little more patient if it is not yet fixed for you. Thank you once again Kent.
