When I launch apex I get to the main screen and press X to continue. I see for a second or two the « accept conditions « and I get the blue screen (attached file)
any help would be fantastic!
here are the steps I have already tried=
I re installed the game twice in case
wiped my ps4 completely
went into safe mode and followed the update steps
tried on same acount on my second ps4
I created a second PlayStation account And the game works on both ps4’s but its not my apex account so no level, skins, Rank etc etc its a new game basicaly.
conclusion= its not linked in anyway to my hardware (one 2015 ps4 and a ps4 slim) and its linked to my psn account I log into on launching my ps4.
could you guys look into my account please?

I've not been able to connect to the lobby on PS4 since version 1.48. Every time I hit X to continue, I'm met with an error code that tells me to make sure the game and PS4 system software is updated, which they both are.
The error code: (CE-34878-0)
The account being affected: Luxalas
Things I've tried:
- Changing my PSN password
- Reinstalling the game
- Deleting the cache
- Rebuilding the database
- Running the application with nothing in USB slots
- Deleting someone from friends list
- Making sure my internet isn't the issue
- Connecting to different data centers
- Convert incoming voice to chat setting in game is set to OFF
I assume it's just a bug, but it would ease my mind to know my account can be looked into and added to the list of accounts that are being affected by this as I would like to play when the next update drops. Thank you for reading!
I have two playstation accounts connected to the same EA account. Neither can log into Apex Legends. Every time I hit 'X' to go online, it will attempt to, then instantly crash; giving me playstations generic blue screen and error code for crashed games. After trouble shooting with EA support I'm just told to contact Playstation support. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Reset my whole system. Still nothing. I've even tried logging in using my account on different playstations and different networks, and the same exact problem happens. I have no problem playing Apex on any other account. I just can't get online on my main one, or the other one that shares the same EA account.

Hey all,
I just wanted to confirm, are you all able to log into Apex Legends without any issues on a different PSN ID like @Fadwa312 mentioned? Can you let me know if you're in the same situation?

@EA_Kent That is correct for me. I am able to play Apex Legends on another account entirely, but not my main account. The alternate account I tried it on isn't newly made either. I've also tried my main account on another PS4 and still wouldn't work.
I've updated the game to version 1.49 and still no change.

Thanks for the info!
Do you have a lot of friends on that particular PSN account? If so, can you try removing some of them to see if that makes any difference at all? We've seen some cases in the past where that seems to help with crashing, and I'm curious if it would make a difference in this case as well.

I had 31 friends on the affected account. I've removed all of them before clearing the PS4 cache again and booting up the game. Unfortunately that didn't do the trick. I'm still getting the CE-34878-0 error after attempting to connect to lobby. I'll try any other recommention if you have any. I just want to play the game on my account. Thank you again for taking the time out to help.

so yes I have tried EVERYTHING from deleting friends list to rebooting, re Initializing my ps4 you name it I did it...
