Error linking twitch account

When attempting to link my twitch account with my Ea account I am experiencing error's that are putting me in loops to password change although I already done it once today.

the error being "Your EA credentials may have expired, please try again or reset your password."

Ea account works fine it's not expired as said and password was fine still I reset it and the issue occurs, spoke to someone on Chat they said it may be a system issue come back tomorrow btu tbh I was informing them I'm trying to link my twitch and ea account as i never received my twitch drops so i unlinked then wanted to re-link my account as I saw a answer under bugs on this ea page that was resolved by user unlinking then re-linking accounts, the person spoke was confusing it with an amazon account.

I would simply like to re-connect the account to that which it was connected to, to fix the issue where I have not received my twitch drops, in fact I received some last year and realised they were completely missing from my account, which led me to all this headache. 

Can I get some help which wouldn't be difficult and avoid a loop of having to change my password yet still receive the same error.

    Hey @AbzFPS,

    It sounds like your Twitch account is already linked to an old or disabled EA account, which explains the loop and why resetting the password on your other EA account isn't doing anything for you. Do you have any idea what you might have used to make an EA account in the past? If so, try resetting the password on that account. That should get you in so you can unlink it and relink it to your new account.

    @EA_QueenBee Hey, would like to say I recently unlinked the account today from my twitch to be able to re-link it to the same twitch account to be able to earn my twitch drops which weren't coming on to my gaming account that is linked, don't have any past links with this ea account as it was made around the same time i made my xbox account to play Apex Legends and was linked since.

    Hello can i get some help/support with this issue, as I am still in a loop having to change my password multiple times.

    @AbzFPS,

    I'm a little confused by your message. So you unlinked your EA account from your Twitch account, but now you're being prompted to reset your EA password every time you try to connect it with Twitch again? The only reason you'd repeatedly be prompted to change your EA password is if it gets disabled somehow, but you're able to log in to it fine, right?

    The only thing that I can think of is that that twitch account is still linked to another EA account somehow. Could you maybe share a screenshot of your error message?

    Hi I’m having an identical issue and it says my Twitch was already linked to a disabled account I was wondering if I could have that resolved so I could get my madden 24 drops
