    Hey @mofrad 

    Unfortunately, your CPU doesn't meet the minimum specifications to run Apex Legends.
    There are no troubleshooting options I can recommend except upgrading your system to the minimal requirements 
    Another option to play the game is using cloud gaming like Geforce now.

Hey @mofrad 

Your CPU does support it, however, this error can also be thrown when an outdated CPU is used and is not supported by the game.
