Event Pack Missing After Purchas

Hello,

I play Apex Legends on Steam.

I purchased a Cyberpunk Event Pack using Apex Coins.

My Apex Coins were deducted, but I did not receive the event pack . The event  milestone did not increase, and my event progress is still 0/32.

I have already restarted the game and Steam, but the issue is still happening.

Could someone please help me recover the missing event pack or investigate my account?
