False Ban for Cheating.

I've been banned apparently months ago for cheating during a period of time I didn't even have Apex Legends installed I was too busy playing Valorant, anyways I have no other resolutions and i'd truly like to get my situation fixed ASAP. Also have a screen shot of my last purchase which isn't much in and of itself but most games I hop onto I typically spend money on such as apex valorant csgo.

  • And additional information I have the data download for my account information showing 100's of attempts off different IP's and locations failing to log into my account

  • AND YES I have done everything you guys will suggest to do I have a ticket already in support but everywhere I go to check up on other peoples ban appeals they say they've gone months without anything. The first thing I see on youtube looking it up is a lad that was banned for the same reason and the same situation, and he got ahold of live support so I decided to do this.

    You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @EmpathyTP.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • @EA_Darko Is there absolutely nothing else I can do? Just wait on my case to get a response? Is there not a live chat?

  • @EA_Darko How long does it typically take? Not to be a pest but I mean I've spent money on the game and don't plan on making a new one to spend more.
