I am also falsely banned for the same issue(gameplay enhancment). I've already tried to appeal twice with one literally giving them what applications I have opened dating back a year. The ban also happened when I wasn't even home for 3 days and it got applied the day before I can back. I too play valorant and so also have riot vanguard. They give no good explanation to what you have actually done and what has caused it. I didn't change anything to my bios or setting far that I can remember so I don't know what caused it.
Fyi I have like 2k hours on the game and so many clips of me playing the game of course so I don't know why they would think someone with an account so old and with many hours would do such thing without actually looking into it. I gave them 3k plus paged word doc with all the applications used and they somehow got back to me under a day... Definitely looked through it all lol.
