False ban?

my acount got ban around june or july 2024 if i dont forget, but i did not play arount that month but in the end of that year i found my account was banned the i got it back here,then arround 2025 early i try play apex to test on my new pc i build but my pc did not run it well so i decide uninstall it,then around november i try to install it back so i already install it on the ingame menu login it appear my accout got permanent ban around june or july but i did not play until i play it again on the end of 2025 i already appeal but they say it was right decision they got but what if the hacker got my apex account ban but i dont know because i dont have prove to prove it,they didnt tell too if it was me or other people that hack my acoount recently cause my account ban or not,i already ask it and i just can prove by sending them pict of im winning and idle on the lobby because only that i have pict of prove im playing apex,how to get tell them i want got my account back and play apex,i play since apex launch and i spent well on that account,please tell if my account can restore back
