False banned

I've been playing on my PlayStation for about 2-3 years now on Apex, and not once has it had an issue or any kind of warning. Even after having my PC for over a year, I never had an issue, and for some reason, I got hit with a permanent ban with no chance to appeal. Every time I try, they close my case out right away, and I don't understand because it doesn't even show that I have a penalty history. They have banned every single account that's under my IP address, and I just want a human review and them to tell me exactly why I got banned.

    Hi there. I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. The best I can advise is to submit another dispute so ToS can perform an investigation. They'll look for any evidence the ban was given out in error. Instructions for submitting disputes can be found here. Thanks!

    First, I’ve been banned for over a month and I’ve been trying to appeal and they keep denying saying sorry but we still still will be saying and that’s not true because if you took the log you can obviously I’m not cheating. I play on console in PC and I mainly play controller. I play keyboard sometimes but I mainly play controller and I asked for a human review and they denied me and I stopped letting me appeal after that I even talked to a customer support person and they said the same he’s acting. They should at least give you a human review in the automated one they give you within an hour or a few hours or a day is not reliable. I want to see if I can speak to someone on the TOS team or try and figure out another way because appealing does not work for me anymore and this is insane. I’m wrongly accused.
