Falsely banned account, no reason, only automated replies.

  • My account was banned over a month ago. I have no idea why and every time I try disputing it, I get the same automated response over and over.

  • I created a new account afterwards, and nothing has happened to this one. It doesn't make any sense how I all of a sudden have a lifetime ban, I know I did not do anything wrong, because there is nothing to show or even a reason I have been given. Even if there was, a lifetime ban for a first time offense? I have spent way too much time and money to just throw away an account, how can I possibly get a actual answer and not a robot? If someone was to actually look into my account they would see no rule was broken.

    There was zero explanation for my account being banned, I'm pretty sure in any situation in life a explanation for something of this nature is not too far fetched to ask for.
