First Person Visual Stutter/Choppy
i have horrible stutter when shooting, reloading, running, and doing anything. (video proof)
i have a 3060ti, i5-12600k, and 32gb of RAM.
if anyone has any help please let me know what i could do

my drivers are up to date. and it has happened for probably over a year.
rxfussss Did you already try upgrading, (and even downgrading), your GPU's driver, making sure everything else was up to date, etc?
