I recently received 6700 credits and I applied them to my account on ea, I would have done it on xbox but the servers were down. My accounts are connected. I know this because I have the skins that were only available on PC. Is there a way to fix this?

Just to make sure I have this right; you usually play on Xbox but redeemed a code for the EA app, correct? If so, could you try launching the game from the EA app? Apex sometimes needs to be launched from the specific platform you got the game on to "catch" that you should have Apex Coins.
