First Time Purchase Offer Not Received.

I recently was browsing the store and noticed i would be able to get an extra 500 Apex Coins if i purchase the 8.99 1000 Coins. So i purchased it expecting to receive the extra 500 but it only gave me 1000 and it still says i have 1 available for the offer. Please someone help me resolve this issue fast.
