Fix the server disconnects!!!!

Question

I mean for real, the game has been out for almost a month now and I am still getting the server disconnect and crashes every single day from day one, I am on the verge of quitting the game.

Right now I played and was having a blast I had a 9+kills and bam I get disconnected. Fix this ASAP. I am not the only one having this problem.

Same, it feels like an unfinished , alpha stage game , but with tons of microtransactions ofc.I spend more damn time in the drop ship than playing it..

Same here, i can't get a decent match after the first two of the day, then it keeps disconnecting me. Sometimes i even feel bad because i leave teammates hanging. It freezes then kicks me out to the main menu.

It's been so long and the silence has been so much that i'm losing faith in this getting fixed at all.

Do you play on PC, Xbox One, or PlayStation 4? If you're on PC can you attach a DxDiag report for us so we can look at you specs?

Which platform do you play the game on?

Have you done the following?

Rebooted your modem/router
Opened up ports listed for Apex Legends
Logged into your router's admin panel to check for a firmware update

So far I haveRebooted the modemOpened the portsDone EVERYTHING the troubleshooting guide saysSo far nothing helps. It's been a month and come regularly in hopes of an actual fix. I keep seeing the same issue on other discussions but this one seems to be ignored. It's not on my side, and as I said, it's also happening on TF2 which didn't before Apex went live. I would like to read that you're investigating, that you acknowledge something's wrong with the netcode/servers, and you're going to do something about it. My friends, all of them which live in the same city report the same problem. Thing is, they just have given up already.I'm gonna try KCC and see if helps, at this point, anything could be good.
