force unlink account from wrong EA account

In most cases you can go through these steps to unlink another platform from an EA account. If you've recently unlinked your PSN already, there will be a cooldown before you can unlink again. 

In that situation, it would be best to contact support directly if the wrong account was linked or unlinked. We're not able to make any such changes on the forums, but they'll be able to see what options may be available for this account.

It sounds like you may be familiar, but also keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. You'll want to just make sure you're not trying to transfer any progress with the PSN account, as any progress would be back on the original EA account where it was initially unlocked.
