Forever stuck on loading screen, no freeze, no errors.

hello,

i wanted to get into apex again , so i freshly installed it from EA App. and when loading up the game i get the intro and then the loading screen with endless loading circle and nothing happens. not even an error message. i can exit the game normally via ESC. but i also tried leaving it on for hours and it doesn't change a thing.

so what in god's name is the game waiting for ?!

researching on reddit and these forums here... the things i tried:

- disable firewall and antivirus completely

- reboot pc & router

- unplug all usb (why does that even seem to help some ppl?!? it points at something really being wrong as to how some checks seem to be programmed...)

- flush dns , change dns to google dns temporarily

- reinstall / repair easy anti cheat (no problems found)

- again re-verify game files (no problems found)

any other internet game works fine, no matter if ea app (battlefield) or steam ....

PLEASE ADVISE! thx in advance!

edit: i want to add that it doesn't seem to have to do with anything network/server related because if i disconnect my ethernet completely and "offline-launch" the game, it won't even get to a point where it would say it cannot connect. it's just infinitely displaying the moving loading circle on the breakout startup sreen.

so. i retried to login once or twice a day in the last days. today out of nothing i got a message about crossplay and something about my "most progressed account" and i clicked okay and it properly logged me into the main menu.
what gives? the only thing i did between checking apex once in a while was playing bg3 campaign on that rig...
thankfully it works now, but very intransparent as to what the problem was to begin with...

same issues here. Reverified my files, all good. The game crashes after i try and enter. Feel like Respawn is shutting some things down here and there to fix stuff. Hell i ran into a hacker earlier today getting all headshots on people so ill assume this is part of it. maybe...

to clarify, my game never crashes. it just sits on loading screen and the loading animation is going forever. ( i tried up to 4 hours leaving the pc alone )
when i hit escape i see the menu to leave and can just exit the game optionally.
but there is never a crash or an error at all!

hi I had the same problem on Steam. tried all solutions exactly like you did even reinstalling 3x but nothing works, then I installed apex through EA app and somehow I can get through the loading circle and get to the game. After that, I opened Apex from Steam again somehow now it is fixed though 'Register' button is shown instead of 'Continue' and I had to relog to my Origin acc. I suspect there is some sort of issue with the Apex ID authentication with Steam.

Hi at the Momment I have this same problem so sry i have to ask you where did get this massage of yours ("most progressed account") bec when I try to play on my main account it give this infinite loop loading screen with no error or something , but when switch my other account Apex open just fine
Ps: my main account got banned but I managed to get it back ( "overturned") , but that not the problem tho
