FPS CAP AT 60

Hi, So I started my apex normally and noticed that my FPS was stuck at 60. I tried everything, but it didn't change a bit. I turned everything to low, still at 60, and tried the max unlimited command, but it didn't do anything. Usually, I used to get 144 cap FPS, but now it won't even go above 60.
