fps cap

Hi, Recently I have noticed something on apex about my fps. It's always capped at 60 and  used to run around 120-160 fps and this occasion happened so suddenly I have used startup that lead to no result. I have a Nvidia GTX 1650 Gpu and I'm also running a Ryzen 7 5700H My Monitors refresh rate is on 144hz and that's about it for my pc specifications. I have tried turning these settings off: Vsync (in-game and in my NVIDIA control panel) The commands that I used on my advanced start up: +fps_max 144 -fullscreen -dev -refresh 144. and my fps gets stuck like this all the time until yesterday turned on 1 setting or did something and the cap was gone. I had no idea which setting I had on and might need some help. Please, I want to play apex on high fps again.
