Here is a picture of the random micro stutter.Happens maybe once every 2-3 games.Its very erratic so something must be causing it.
It's the small 30 ms spike.There's no gpy clock drop/cpu clock drop when ti happens.Even the fps stays the same as you can see,

@wiseolddudeOh, that's weird. I don't have a clear idea, I'll have to look into this
In that time do you want to try a different GPU driver version, maybe a newer or an older one?
Good luck.Edit: Okay so, finding the cause of this micro stutters is hard. There are many factors which scales from GPU to the game. I'll just list you the things that might be your problem, you have to find it yourself.
- Insufficient RAM/VRAM
- Unstable CPU/GPU Clocks(You said it is okay)
- CPU overheating
- GPU driver related issues(I recommend you to do a clean install with the help of DDU).
- Maybe your hard drive can't catch up but I don't think that would cause a problem in that gaming moment. Still, monitor your hdd.
- Maybe it is really Apex's problem(Repair game via Origin).
These are the things that came to my mind and make sense with your situation. I hope these will help.

@NervousAndPotato
-I have 16gb ram and I have the 1080ti strix which has 11gb vram so that is it not.
-cpu/gpu not oc'd so thats not it either.I even disabled c-states/speedshift on the cpu to make sure nothing is limiting it too.
-Cpu temp barely reach 60c and gpu temps low 70s at worst
-Gpu driver I'm using is 436.48 DDucleaned.It's actualyl one of the best drivers I could get for my card.
-I use an SSD so there's no issues with spikes.
-I do think it's something with the game tbh as repair does generally nothing.Like I said when it happens I usually dont notice it 90% of the time and I'm really * abotu this stuff so the normal user is more likely to not notice it.
