After update 1.24 there is a huge fps drop or lower fps than usual i tried to lower settings but doesn't work i feel like its not changing anything at all !?
any solutions ? anything because i cannot play anymore !??
for those gonna tell me about these things
- game is on high priority
- drivers is up to date
- everything was perfect before the update !
Well, it is fixed for me. If your FPS problem was with Adaptive Resolution, which I think it was, it should be okay now.
@IMarshmello04As I mentioned before(20th comment or something like that), these huge issues with FPS was probably about broken Adaptive Resolution. If you use TSAA, it is working now with the 1 hour old update. If you are still facing a FPS drop, I will try to help.
Note that minor FPS changes are normal for games like this.
I get stuttering and frame drops, also is anyone's audio completely messed up??? I get no audio when jumping from ship and all other audio is muffled and quiet while footsteps are VERY loud. Wtf
I still notice the occasional minor camera hitch and frame pacing being a bit off when I look around with the camera.This on a 1080ti/9900k on med textures.I think its the game tbh.
Yep, that's what I said. Your fps is fixed because AR is now working, thanks to that update.

Basically if I move the camera around slowly its all smooth but occasionally if I do it fast enough at certain angles the environment jitters for a split second.It's subtle but its there but most ppl wouldn't notice it.
Mainly happens when I'm in the air droppnig down and looking at big structures/mountain.Basically the framepacing being a bit off
And as for the minor camera hitch.MSI afterburner alwasy reports it as a 25-30ms spike. I could go on multiple games without 1 stutter but randomly get this micro hitch occasionally.Always happened when my screen was blinking red from what I recall.Most of the time I don't notice it because when it usually happens my screen is shaking alot/blinking red and stuff so I dotn notice it 90% of the time but it's there.
As for my rig 1080ti/9900k/970 evo ssd/3200mhz ddr 16gb ram and temps are fine.I mostly play with medium settings with a few exceptions.
Here is a picture of the random micro stutter.Happens maybe once every 2-3 games.Its very erratic so something must be causing it.
It's the small 30 ms spike.There's no gpy clock drop/cpu clock drop when ti happens.Even the fps stays the same as you can see,
