FPS drop to 10

Hi All, Having issues for few days now (since Wednesday). FPS is really low, grapic loades really slow, I can't move my mouse without having a slow motion like experience. Sometimes it looks like it...

Try to clean boot your system. It worked for me. Now I'm trying to figure out which application si causing the problem.

I play on laptop.

Please see another video how Apex reacts during the play. Tried lowering mouse polling rate as you suggested here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FPS-Drops/td-p/10220467 .

It's nice that you can still record your game (Let's hope it's not a 100% cpu usage).

I hope that it is not be your settings issues. As in your video,

your fps is fixed at 10 (hope you don't typo fps_max 0 becomes fps_max 10).

Here's a thought.

Delete all your autoexec. Delete all the launch options(origin/steam).

Delete your videoconfig.txt & settings.

Then launch your game.

Let everything set to default. And try your game.

Thanks for looking into my problem. Yeah, I believe it's not the CPU usage issue, that's ongoing for multiple other users. I already tried all of the steps you mentioned. Whenever I tried something and it didn't help I reverted to the previous state.
autoexec.txt file was not even in my cfg folder. Looked up some setting to use it via this file and this didn't help as well. Removed the file after that.
deleted videosettings.cfg and settings.cfg
launch options were clear
As I mentioned and what is visible on the videos, when I switch between map and desktop, or between map and menu (i.e. legend selection menu) the FPS goes up for some time then drops within few seconds. Game is smooth only in the menu section.
