Frame loss / Screen lag when mouse input detected

The game is unplayable when my mouse input is detected. Losing 4 frames every few seconds which results in me losing fights. This update ruined the fun.

I play on low settings on everything, so I know it’s not my computer being overwhelmed by graphics & was working fine before the update. This update has made this game unenjoyable.  

PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP
