framedrops/stuttering at any fps cap or uncap

I don't know if is the game or nvidia drivers but for me the game play quality is absolutely worst and worst with every update! are there still any competent people working in tech industry?! rtx 2...

Got the same with :

i9 9900k

zotac 2080 ti extreme

16go ram corsair ddr4

screen : benq 240hz

All my composent are at 40% capacity, and with 170Ips constant it's like i have 30

It's not hardware problem. just the game coded with feet.

This * game is dead. EA and Respawn don't care ... I spent over $ 300 on this trash, yes, it was my choice to spend, but I was hoping at least to be able to enjoy this *. If we don't get EA / Respawn positioning today I will uninstall the game
