Freeze apex legends jumping from drop ship or countdown

hi, played apex since day 1, and i never got crashs freeze etc... today its the first time i cant play this game ,freeze every time  jumping from drop ship or on countdown... i dont know why ,because...

When you've got a chance would you mind grabbing a DxDiag and sharing it here so we can take a look? You can find more information on how to pull up the file over at the EA Help website.

      Come on EA it's the 3rd day we can't play, please fix it for us already like you did the last few times, it's the same issue all over again, you know what to do...
