Freeze apex legends jumping from drop ship or countdown

hi, played apex since day 1, and i never got crashs freeze etc... today its the first time i cant play this game ,freeze every time  jumping from drop ship or on countdown... i dont know why ,because...

Well Since it has been almost a week, i think i have made my decision and I am switching to a different game. I think you guys should to.
