Freeze, Crash, then suddenly opens File Explorer showing Steam is installed

Specs:Ryzen 5 5600XGTX 1060 6GBASROCK B550M SE PRO16GB (2x8) 3600MHz RAMSteam is installed in my 1TB HDD with 88% HealthSet all my settings to Low, I don't have any Launch Options shenanigans (well, even with some, it still crashes). This problem started 2 weeks ago, casually playing then the error below shows up.What I've tried:- Run Apex Legends as an administrator- Uninstalled SignalRGB- Enabled overlay in Discord- Reinstalled Steam and Apex Legends (twice)- Deleted r5apex_dx12.exe- Verified integrity files- I can't remember the other things

UPDATE: I uninstalled Steam and Apex Legends from my HDD and installed in my C: drive (where my OS is installed which is an SSD), now my PC randomly restarts when I open Apex Legends. I haven't tried playing a different game.

What I did after the restart:
- In my "View Advanced System Setting -> Startup and Recovery", I unchecked auto restart.
- Backed up my files
- Verified the integrity files
- Rollback my GPU driver version thru NVIDIA App

I still don't know what causes it, although I have a hunch that it's my GPU overheating but I checked the thermal paste 2 weeks ago it's still good.
