Freezing and Disconnection Issue with AMD FX 6xxx Series CPUs
From what I've seen, anyone who complain about this problem either use an FX 6300 or an FX 6350 CPU, both of which are 6 core CPUs.
The problem mainly is that in the menu or often in-game, the game completely freezes, then unfreezes again and then an error message comes up saying: "Connection to EA servers is lost" or something to that effect and then you are sent to the initial connection screen. This happens in 4 out of 5 games. The funny part is, yesterday this problem only happened in the main menu but today it also started happening during matches as well.
Please look into this problem as it makes the game impossible to play.
Sup guys. I had the same problem, just figured out how to solve it for me. Changed resolution to the lowest (720p), capped fps to 60 and turned anti-aliasing off (yeah, the graphics looks like ps1 but you can actually play the game wow). Tried every single solution on this planet, but only this one worked, would be very happy if it helps someone. 🙂

r9 380x 4 gb
P.S. Just turned anti-aliasing back on and it looks like the game is running just fine, been playing for 4 hours straight now.
