freezing in the loading screen

hi i am playing apex since last 2 or 3 years for past 2 year i was playing on internet cafe so the last month i got a pc. i was playing apex with zero issues but with the last uptade its get freezing...

Hey D44ker,

Are you seeing any error messages pop up when this happens? Is this returning you to the lobby, or closing the game and taking you back to the desktop entirely?

If you're able to grab a DxDiag we can also take a look to see if anything in particular stands out that may be causing this.
