I keep freezing crashing during games since the update, please figure it out EA/Apex Devs, I know I am NOT the only one suffering this technical problem as there are multiple people on different forums expressing their grief....its unplayable.

1 match: 3 freezes. Had an timer running:
1. Crash: 45 seconds after character select
2. Crash 1 minute and 12 seconds after reconnecting
3. Crash 1 minute after reconnecting again.
Absolutely unplayable game rn.
Hello dudes, had the same issue yesterday. Not sure if it helps, but we tried troubleshoot it with my friend who has no problems at his conf. First, i ran in dx 11 with kinda old nvidia drivers. Got freezing. Then i've tried running in dx12. Same. After googling a bit, I've turned off nvidia overlay stuff. Discord overlay were off. Still got freezes. Finally I've updated my graphics drivers. At first it seemed to be ok, played like 2 minutes in. Then got frozen screen again. Stopped trying after that. 😢
conf is 7600k, 1660 Ti. Driver Version: 31.0.15.2647
BTW, im not sure, but most of my freezes occurred when i were actively moving, like slide jumping or used grapple on path. BUT against that, i've froze while scoping too so... Maybe its a game where you just jump half of the playtime 😃
EDIT: I see some pattern with the reports, the better graphics you have, the more time it takes before it's freezing. Maybe it has something with GPU mem or something idk.
The weird fact is the nobody from EA or Respawn is writing something about it, like come on how can happen that more than 2k people can not play the game in 2022? 🤐
Just to add, I have the same issue as you all however yes arenas works but it does crash sometimes it's just no where near as common weird thing is I found it crashed more in ranked arenas than the normal mode so this is not just a br thing with the new map
