Frequent crashes on Nintendo Switch2 during matchmaking
The game constantly crashes on Nintendo Switch2 right when a match is found or during the loading screen. It happens so often that it's becoming unplayable. Please look into this.

Could you let us know if this happens more often in any specific map or game mode?
It frequently happens when connecting to a Ranked match, regardless of the map. It usually occurs during the loading screen or just before the match begins.

shiftdesu, are you getting any error messages when this happens? If so, could you add a screenshot of the message here?
Sorry for the message being in Japanese, but here is the screenshot of the error. It shows 'code:leaf' and says 'Connection to server timed out'.

Can you tell me what internet provider you're using?
Also check and see if it improves if you're connecting to a different Data Center and let us know.
