Frequent Crashes on PC since S13 launch

I never had this error pop up, but since the newest patch it seems to happen every game.



I just get freezed and crashed out of the game randomly.

I am not overclocking anything and I run the game in a perfect retail way. No launch commands on steam or any modifications.
