FROZE CONSOLE

Playing a game of control , then the game froze at my death, the sound was still there (could ear the sound of the map , i just thought the game crashed but when i tried pushing the [playstation button] on the controller the animation of the menu crashed, the controller was not responding at all, the mute buttons freezed , THE WORST is that the COMPLETE CONSOLE crashed,  not reacting to anything NOT EVEN THE ON/OFF BUTTONS 

I NEEDED TO UNPLUG THE CONSOLE !??!?!
