Fullscreen invert/mess up colours

Hey!

So the first couple of days were fine, but the last 3 days ive been experiencing some glitch where text become hard to read, colors are all messed up, lots of yellow and bright green (only if I put it into fullscreen) and once the glitch happens everything, including once I exit, gets all messed up also. I get no errors, the game still runs, no crashes or anything.

Anyone else have this? or know a fix? thanks!

16 gb ddr4 @3200

Windows 10

EDIT: I took a screenshot but when pasted it looks normal, so it seems to be the monitor? Every other game has zero issues
