game ban

Subject: Urgent Appeal Account Access Issue ALGS Participant. Dear EA TOS Team, I am writing to appeal a login restriction on my account. My Game ID is abstractlife1. I cannot log into the game, yet the official EA website shows No ban history for my account. This discrepancy is very confusing. I strongly suspect my account was recently compromised by a hacker, as I have always followed the Terms of Service. This is extremely urgent. My team and I are currently registering for ALGS (Apex Legends Global Series). This account is required for the tournament, and this issue is preventing us from competing and practicing. I request that you investigate the discrepancy between the game client and the website, check for unauthorized login activity or IP changes, and restore my access immediately so I can complete my ALGS registration. I can provide any proof of ownership upon request. Thank you for your urgent assistance. Best regards

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. I'd recommend raising a dispute with our terms of service team, as they can take a look into this for you. There's a webform in the article you can use to reach out even if you don't see anything in your ban history.

    Just to check in case this is why it's blank, what platform do you usually play on? Is it the EA app, or a console or Steam?

    If this is the right account, then you can just contact terms of service via the webform. Again, it's not something we can help with directly here on the forums.

    I saw an EA official mention that even if the ban history is blank, I should still be able to use the specific TOS webform. I usually play on steam . Could this be why my ban history is showing as empty? Please ensure this platform info is also included in my case notes for Case 241477783 .
