Hey @Dman10x.
Do you mean that the border of the window itself looks off? Could you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

The file attached is a screenshot of what the game looks like on bootup.
Same but i have 3 fps and this vista window.

Hmm, gotcha.
Let's take a look and see if we can get this sorted out here.
First, have you had a chance to try repairing Apex Legends in your Origin Library to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with the game data itself that may help. If you right-click on the game in your library you should see the Repair option when the menu pops up.
Let me know if that helps when you have the chance. Thanks!

Sorry I haven’t had the chance to get back. I tried to repair it, but it didn’t do anything to solve the problem. There is also an issue where there is stuttering audio when the game first boots up, not sure if it goes along with windows vista window, but in just putting it out there.

No worries, thanks for following up!
When you've got a chance could you grab a DxDiag and post it here so we can take a look? For more info on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website.
Once you have the file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

Ok, just ran it, here is what it gave me.
It’s been more than a month since I made the last reply, just checking in to see if there was any updates to the problem.
Whats the problem? Its booting up in windows vista like for me too. Its booting up like this for everyone.

Hi there.
I'm really sorry about the delayed reply on this.
Looking through the DxDiag you attached it looks like there are some errors happening with a few different Windows processes. I'm wondering if there might be an issue with some missing or corrupted system files that could be causing the problems you've been having with Apex Legends.
Can you try running the Windows System File Checker when you've got a chance to see if that helps at all? It should be able to locate and repair system files if that's the issue. You can find more information on how to run it over at the Microsoft Support Website. Let me know how that goes when you can.
Thanks!
