Hi,

I just wanted to point out that this is happening to me, using a steel series arctic headset on Xbox One. This started right after downloading the season 6 patch. I have cleared alternate Mac addresses, checked my nat settings, tried different controllers to plug the headset into. Tried everything I can think of. The headset works in other games and in Xbox party. The in game chat for apex is the only thing that doesn’t work.

Is there any way I could get a response from a Community Manager on this? The issue is currently ongoing and I just want to know that it will be addressed. I love this game but it is very hard to play without being able to communicate. A “we are looking into it” would go a long way. Thanks.

    Same issue stealth 600 works in Party works in other games just Battlefield 4 every time I speak everyone else's chat icon disappears very frustrating been through Microsoft technical support ea tech support and turtle beach support
