Game crashes while at splash screen "waiting for game"

Hey guys I used to play apex on my laptop but I recently built a gaming pc but every time I try to open the game it just crashes and creates a dump file.

Tried:

1. Adding some - parameter (I don't remember exactly but something like -forceborderlesswindow or the like), also -dx11
2. Checking file integrity
3. Reinstalling
4. Making steam and apex run as admin
5. Changing secure boot to Windows UEFI Mode.
6. Deleting the anti cheat folder
7. Enabling compatibility mode for win 8
8. Checking disable fullscreen optimizations
9. Deleting some regex graphic things (made a backup just in case)

Any help is appreciated (also english is not my native language so sorry if I made any mistake)
