Game crashes while entering a BR Match on Storm Point

It seems whenever Apex tries to load a game of BR on Storm point or exit a game of BR on Storm Point crash. I don't know why but I've reinstalled the game, checked for updates of both game and system software and made sure it was up to date and yet it still persist.
