Game crashing and freezing on dressed to kill update- Consoles

I am having this issue on xbox one and it's making the game unplayable. I can maby finish a normal game before crashing and that's if I am lucky enough not to crash before I even search for a match. Please advice on how to fix this. 

Ps. The game worked perfectly before the update for horizon heirloom. As soon as I started up the game I crashed after installing the update.

This is happening to me. I’m playing on Xbox Series X, and it started after the last update.

I have been passing through these same issue since I updated on my Xbox and my friends too same on Xbox man ... I'm getting tired man I don't know what dress to kill event has done to our apex but it's unplayable I can't even run the fire range sometimes like what's wrong with EA bro .. now I can't even grind my battle pass in peace without getting kicked out 

It's trash FR it only works when you turn on your phones hotspot to your console like wdf and you get crazy lags 

Same here on Xbox Series S, i hope this gets fixed soon because i want to play

Try using your phone hotspot for a bit cause I was able to play a few matches before it started crashing again I literally can't use my router no more

I don’t got any unfortunately.

I play on series x and ever since the collection event update. My Apex legends keeps crashing over and over. I crashed 3 times in one match. I crash in the lobby also.
