I recently had a problem where my Xbox was having trouble getting into the game. I resolved it by clearing my alternative MAC address and my personal data for Xbox. Although I can get into the game now I am unable to stay in for long because it crashes the second I queue for a match when I am in the match picking a legend or at a random point during the match. I don’t know what is going on.
I have a Xbox series x if that affects apex in any way along with an old gen Xbox one s that I have not used for over a year. Thanks for any help.

I've had this issue also, I've done absolutely everything I can find regarding trouble shooting. Cleared mac address, cleared saved data, full power cycle on the console, uninstalled and re installed the game twice, tried mobile hotspot, tried playing on another account. Every time I'm lucky to be able to finish a single game without it crashing and putting me back to xbox home screen, usually crashes before im even able to join a game. I've had team mates cursing me in ranked for leaving, I can't play with friends, I can't progress through the battle pass that I have paid for. Ever since the dressed to kill update. PLEASE FIX THIS
The same things been happening 😭 to every Xbox user while playstation players grind through their battlepass with ease .. since this dress to kill event I couldn't even play through it but was lucky enough to grind till 102 on battlepass I have no idea why ea fixes things and spoil others 💔
So what are we supposed to do if this doesn’t work? Is there a way to contact EA / Respawn? This seems like lawsuit material wtf. Done nothing wrong and can’t access all my content in Apex.
They aren't even ready to listen to the same people that buy battlepass every season , I lost last seasons battlrpass cause of this nonsense now I am about to loose another season cause of this same issue since the dress to kill event ... just xbox and pc players experience this same issue
