Game crashing and freezing on dressed to kill update- Consoles

Hello I had this crashing problem were it just kick me out to xbox home(Xbox series x) I get kicked in lobby main menu and in game crashing or freezing every 5min or even worse just instantly its hap...

Has anyone from EA even address or acknowledge this? This is ridiculous for 3 weeks with no official update.

This is so annoying, honestly. Check the screenshots of the emails they've sent me☹️No one is helping!

here we go again ea keeps bringing fake fix for an issue they caused our game was so fine till the * dress to kill event EA
