game crashing when selecting gamemode

For some reason after i start apex when i press continue i get a black screen with the apex logo for about 1 minute. once i select a gamemode my game puts me in the menu and says  connection to serve...

@EA_Atic i have tried to connect with different wifi but it wouldn't connect i checked the guide and tried what it said but none of it worked. i have also tried to uninstall the game and then reinstall but it didn't fix the problem.
